They are taking place in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town
Tottenham Hotspur way
Tottenham Hotspur is world renowned for playing entertaining, attacking football. The Club’s Global Coaching Programme shares this philosophy, coaching players to play the game with the same flair, style and adventure as world-class superstars such as Gareth Bale, Mousa Dembele and Emmanuel Adebayor.
Janet Larsen, Investec South Africa’s head of marketing, says Investec is proud to be involved in this programme with Tottenham Hotspur: "This new partnership with Spurs is an extension of an already strong relationship we have with the English Premier League team. The development of talent, combined with a passionate team spirit, makes this a great association for Investec. This programme will be beneficial to young South African soccer players who will be exposed to a wealth of football talent and greats of the game who will share their skill and knowledge with these aspiring youngsters.”
Each course will be run by four professional full-time coaches from Tottenham Hotspur’s Global Coaching Programme, who will be assisted by top South African coaches, to ensure all those attending learn how to play the ‘Tottenham Hotspur way’.
The first course will take place at St David’s School, Inanda, from Monday 10 December to Friday 14 December. It will be attended by Tottenham Hotspur ambassador and former captain, Ledley King.
